am looking for a realistic 3D printed resin material. It has very unique characteristic that I am unable to duplicate. I have tried the existing resin packages on the market and they fall short.

I am an intermediate user but basic on creating materials.
I think you have a better start if you use for example the default Plastic > Soft > Rough material and use that as a starting point since the material is really translucent looking at the real image.
This is for example the Soft Rough Black with just the color adjusted.
Same but using a small noise as bump. Hope it helps as a starting point.
